Sustainability

We are proud to have been selected for funding by Germany’s leading sustainability bank, KfW, for redesigning the house to the latest energy standards. 

The new façade and isolated windows, as well as a state-of-the-art ventilation system, allow keeping all apartments at comfortable temperatures all year long without having to waste a lot of energy on heating or cooling. Latest heating technology uses very low energy in winter, smart blinds block out the heat of the sun in summer while still allowing the light to come in. 

All apartments are equipped with modern LED lighting systems that safe energy while giving a cozy and warm atmosphere at the same time. 

Additionally, we support the recycling efforts of the city of Munich. As a resident you will find different garbage containers in the backyard for the different types of waste.
